- Open the rmResident App on your phone
- Type the same email and password you use to log into the Resident Portal
- Go to settings and select credit reporting
- There will be a short disclaimer from the company that provides the service for us stating they will not be charging you anything extra. Then provide the necessary information and select enable credit reporting.
