  • Quarterly Filter Delivery: Fresh filters are shipped directly to residents’ doors every three months.
  • Date-Stamped for Accountability: Each filter is marked with the shipment date, allowing us to verify when replacements should be made.
  • Tracking and Notification: Residents receive a tracking number to know exactly when to expect their filter, and we can verify the filter was delivered.
  • Installation Requirement: Residents are required by the lease to install the filter within two days of delivery.
  • Cost and Billing: The total cost for this service is $8 per month. Owners are billed annually each January for the year’s service at $5 per month, while residents contribute $3 per month through the resident benefits package.
  • Inspection and Fee for Compliance: If a filter is out of date, anytime one of our vendors or we enter the property, a fee is charged to the resident and credited to the owner to help cover future cleaning costs.
